Osi Chukwuma is the Director of projects and programmes, and also leads the consulting section of our business. He holds a BEng degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University in the UK. He is a certified SCOR Professional, a PRINCE 2 certified Project Manager, a certified P3O Manager and a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

He has over twenty-five years’ experience in the deployment of complex enterprise Power and IT infrastructure solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK. He has executed projects for some Fortune 100/FTSE 100 companies in the UK. He has also delivered process improvement, automation and re-engineering projects. Some of the companies in his portfolio include EDF Energy, British American Tobacco, British Petroleum, Schlumberger Oilfield services, Travelodge Hotels and Johnson Matthey.

Osi brings executive-level leadership, delivery and technical expertise to planning, estimation and execution of our programmes and large projects, including pre-design, build, installation and commissioning of power systems and associated solutions worth millions of USD. He provides servant leadership to Project Managers, commercial and technical teams, mentoring and training them on how to improve project delivery for excellent customer satisfaction. Through effective planning, estimation, governance and leadership, he has built delivery teams that could take a project that is months behind schedule and bring it back on schedule. Osi also leaves time to contribute to the local community, doing volunteer work through the mentoring of young people across Nigeria, South Africa and UK.
